My role in New Business

"I work within the New Business team, looking after the enquiries and files we receive from our referrer clients. Day-to-day I manage daily completion checking, invoicing and weekly reports detailing completions, aborts and instructions. I also check through the Memorandum of Sale to ensure details are correct and targets are reached.

The people really make the job. I really thrive in a supportive environment and Home Property Lawyers offers that. The team work well together and are always there for help and guidance, even when things get really busy."

"My role at Home Property Lawyers focusses primarily around new instructions and new business processes within the administration team.

My day normally starts by checking and allocating all of the new instructions to members of the team, for the first introductory welcome call from Home Property Lawyers. In addition to pursuing new leads and producing weekly reports for our referrer clients, I assist with training, to ensure members of the team are fully competent and coherent with asking, and answering any relevant questions at the introductory stages of a transaction."
