I work from home and provide remote technical support to the Residential Conveyancing Team. I check the titles of properties for clients who are buying and raise enquiries with the seller’s solicitors and prepare property reports for clients.
I began my conveyancing career in 1998 working for another Lincolnshire based firm as a Conveyancing Assistant and then later a Conveyancer. I joined the Langleys’ group in 2003 as a Supervisor to a team of Conveyancers and over the following 12 years progressed to Deputy Head of the Conveyancing Division. Following the birth of my children I returned to work on a part time basis firstly in a project management role and more recently in my current role.
Conveyancing has been a part my life now for as long as I can remember! Life is never boring in the conveyancing world and it can be extremely rewarding. Although I am not now in a client facing role I enjoy using the knowledge I have gained through my career to assist other members of the department.
I love the flexibility of being able to work from home and also work flexible hours allowing me to be a working mum.
